Made for the rush

Every order has a next step.

Receive it

Customers choose collection or delivery, verify by email code and place the order.

Accept it

Your team gets an alert and accepts with a ready time. The order moves into the till and kitchen.

Prepare it

Kitchen tickets keep items and notes together as the order moves through preparation.

Hand it over

Mark it ready, organise a driver when needed and update the customer’s order status.

Go online

Let customers order from you. Collection, takeaway or delivery.

Your customer orders

From your link, QR code or website button

  1. Choose collection or delivery
  2. Add items from your menu. Delivery shows the charge for their distance
  3. Confirm by email code, then pay online or on collection as you choose
  4. Follow Received, Accepted, On its way and Delivered on a status page

Their options

  • A menu that looks like your business
  • Offers, opening hours and sold-out items respected
  • Emails at each step

Your team receives it

On the Web orders screen

  1. An alert sounds and a badge appears when an order arrives
  2. Accept with a ready time, or decline and refund
  3. It becomes a normal order with a kitchen ticket
  4. Mark it ready, assign a driver if it is a delivery, and mark it done

Always in view

  • Counter, saved and web orders in one list
  • Only people with the Handle web orders permission can accept
  • Customers see the status you set

Online ordering depends on your plan. Payments go to your own Stripe account.

Delivery

From the kitchen
to their door.

Set how far you deliver and what it costs. See which driver has which order, and know the money is back before it counts.

  • Customers enter their address, checked with Google, and can place a map pin
  • Charge, minimum order and time set by distance bands
  • Assign a driver and see what each driver has out
  • Record the cash each driver hands back before it counts as received
  • Customers follow Received, Accepted, On its way and Delivered

The kitchen view

Every ticket.
One screen.

Web, counter and delivery orders reach the kitchen as tickets with items and notes. The team moves them from New to Preparing to Ready.

  • Collection and delivery are labelled on each ticket
  • Allergy notes and rush requests stand out
  • Print tickets, or use any tablet as a kitchen screen

Your team’s view

Know what is waiting.
Know what is ready.

Keep counter, saved and accepted online orders easy to follow. Your staff work from the same order flow.

  • Save and resume counter orders
  • Kitchen status alongside the order
  • Ready times and collection or delivery details

From your menu to their door

One menu. More ways to order.

A menu that looks like your business.

Assemble sections and items, add photos, descriptions and allergens, then choose your design and logo. Share a menu link, a QR code or a printed PDF.

Organise items into sections, control visibility, choose page layouts and columns, and add a tagline, footer or allergen note. The menu page is for browsing; the order page adds a basket.

Collection or delivery. Your rules.

Customers order from your online menu. Your team accepts with a ready time, prepares the order and updates its status.

Counter checkout and payments

Search items, save and resume orders, apply discounts and delivery charges, and record payments. Print, save or share receipts and invoices using your own devices.

Kitchen and web orders

Receive online-order alerts and a badge, accept with a ready time or decline with a refund. Follow new, preparing and ready tickets, notes and rush flags. Give staff permission to handle web orders.

Delivery areas and drivers

Set delivery by distance bands with charges, minimums and estimated times. Customers can confirm their address and map pin. Assign drivers and record cash returns; customer tracking shows order status rather than live GPS.

Analytics and reports

Review sales, payment methods, top products, expenses and end-of-day totals. Costs, profit, reports and exports follow the permissions and plan you choose.

Customer balances and expenses

Keep track of what customers still owe, record later payments and charges, and review business expenses. Give staff separate permission to view, edit, collect or export.

Staff permissions

Use individual logins. Choose access to sales, refunds, products, customers, reports and settings. A kitchen account focuses on tickets; an orders-only restriction can prevent a sales operator taking payment.

Online payments

Your money. Your choice.

A clear payment flow, with your business in control.

Your own Stripe. Money straight to you.

Connect your own Stripe account. Customers pay on Stripe’s secure page and the money goes straight to your business. Zuno never holds the money.

Fees, refunds and availability

Zuno’s standard fee is 1% of each online payment; check your payment settings for the fee that applies to your business. Stripe charges its own processing fee: see Stripe pricing (opens a new tab). With fee refunds enabled, a full refund returns the Zuno fee too. Online card payments currently support Ireland and the rest of the EEA in euros, subject to Stripe approval. If Stripe is unavailable, online payment stays off and customers pay at the venue.

Choose how customers pay

Offer payment on collection, online payment or let the customer choose. At the counter, use your own card machine and record the payment in Zuno.

A little clarity

Before you start.

Does Zuno need special hardware?

Use any phone, tablet or computer. Bring your own receipt printer and card machine. Zuno does not sell hardware; counter card payments are taken on your own machine and recorded in the app.

Can I try it before choosing a package?

Yes. Your first business gets a 30-day free trial. Additional locations require paid setup. Choose the plan that includes the tools and user limit you need.

Where do I log in?

Use Log in at the top or bottom of any page. It opens the Zuno app, where you can sign in or create an account.
